SOLUTION

In 2010, Entergy engaged Dracos~Lemming to develop a customer-centric marketing strategy,
as well as a MarComm process improvement recommendation.

RESULTS

The marketing strategy resulted in an additional $5MM investment, which resulted in a double-digit improvement in positive brand perception.
